More about Website In A Weekend

Website In A Weekend started during an informal “Stirfry Startup” friends and I have, roughly once a month, where we all get together, lock ourselves in someone’s living room for the weekend, and Make Stuff Happen. We eat a lot of stir fry too. Thus the name. We have a web site, but it’s private for now. Maybe later.

In any case, we’re all sitting around in a friend’s condo overlooking the Sherwin William site, an amazing industrial wasteland in Emeryville California (behind the old Sherman Williams plant), and I was helping people install WordPress.

The “Website In A Weekend” concept occurred to me in a flash, so I immediately registered the domain and got to work.

And here we are.

“And who are you, anyway?”
