I absolutely, positively disagree with your claim.

I’ve worked on Website In A Weekend just over 1 year, and while I haven’t made a lot of money, I have made right around $600 in passive income from it, and a bit more in sales of products I’m developing.

Website In A Weekend is part of my _business platform_. And that’s why it makes money for _me_.

Blogging is something you do because you love it, if you are doing it for money, it is a real slow and painful process. I have had my blog for 3 years on the top 500,000, and haven’t made one penny. I work on it every day, but I do it because it is fun to me and I lvoe what I do. And success doesn’t happen overnight, but it should take one at least 5 years to make it unless you have a breaking story. And even if you do, it won’t keep the blog on autopilot as the author of this post mentioned. If the rest of the content is not interesting it will not entertain the readers and they will leave.

I absolutely agree with him. Not because I believe every single word he says but because he has made good solid points and because it takes work to get anything you want in life.

People don’t want to look at the fact that if it were actually easy to make money blogging that there would be people walking around everywhere with cash flying out of their pockets. It just doesn’t happen that way. Great post… In fact, one of the best posts I’ve discovered online that tells the truth for how it is.
