Testimonials

(Reading time: 2 – 2 minutes)

So, well, the Federal Trade Commission has just issued extraordinarily vague guidelines concerning testimonials. I don’t really understand the rules myself, but I can say that I didn’t pay for any of the following testimonials for Website In A Weekend. In fact, I can say even more:

All testimonials displayed on Website In A Weekend are UNSOLICITED.

That should be good enough.

If you would like to provide a testimonial…

Very simple, just leave a comment on this page, and I’ll reformat it for display shortly afterwards. Make sure to leave a link, and send me a head shot if you would like (Head shots are effective, they help put a face on your name and drive traffic your way).

(Yes, the links are “dofollow.” Please visit everyone!)

Sean “Deacon” Neprud, San Francisco:

I get more traffic and better search engine placement when I follow Dr WordPress’s advice on Website In A Weekend. That’s just for starters. My blogs are better organized and better focused after applying David’s advice. I have four active blogs that I regularly post on, and it is a lot of work to keep up to date on them. WordPress blogging is not a hobby; it’s a central component my business. David cuts through the fat to get to the meat of what really matters to me. Thanks for figuring this all out and sharing it.

If the thought occurred to you to NOT trust Dave, just hit its little silence button. I have known Dave for quite a while now and he has never steered me in the wrong direction. I even leave him as an Admin on my website.

And no matter how modest he may act at times, he knows his stuff. Take it from me, sign up for his newsletter because you want to learn from Dave.
